Life planning Cycle
There are four steps in life planning cycle that will help you achieve your career or entrepreneurial goals. Step ONE - self awareness, Step Two - Explore Your income options, Step Three: Overcome roadblocks, and Step Four: RIASEC/ Holland Codes.
Step ONE: self awareness
The first step in setting a clear goal is a self awareness. Take self-inventory. Build awareness, knowledge and understanding of our interests, abilities, skills, and strengths. Use career tests to gain self-awareness.
Step Two: Explore Your income options
In order to identify potential income opportunities or careers, you can use career exploration and social media resources to gather information.
Step Three: Overcome roadblocks
When you are trying to reach a career goal, there will always be obstacles. You can solve problems by completing the following steps – Identify obstacles, create solutions, set goals, resolve conflicts, and commit to reach goals.

Transferable skills are non-job specific skills that you have acquired during any activity or life experiences.
